  Creation and publication of web site (5 pages maximum) including: 1 home page,
  1 information page, 1 contact page, 1 services page and 1 Other page (including
  1 scanned image per page and one logo or similar graphic).  Includes graphic art
  as needed and requested by the customer.                                           $ 500

  Monthly maintenance and modifications
  after the original publishing are billed at an hourly rate of:          $ 100
